Founded in Zhengzhou, The Nile Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "The Nile Machinery") is a subsidiary of the multinational corporation The Nile Group, whose parent company, The Nile Co., Ltd., is headquartered in Hong Kong. The Nile Machinery is a comprehensive service enterprise specializing in the production, processing, investment, and trading of mining equipment. Its business scope covers metallurgy, mining, transportation, building materials, power generation, environmental protection, chemicals, new energy, as well as agricultural storage and processing.

Over the years, The Nile Machinery has successfully undertaken numerous EPC projects across the globe. These include gold and chrome ore processing and sand-making plants in Sudan; gold ore projects in Zimbabwe, Egypt, Tanzania, and Mauritania; gold and copper ore projects in Zambia; bauxite projects in Ethiopia; and an open-pit copper mining project in Kenya. In addition, the company has completed port engineering and solar energy projects at Sudan Port. To ensure prompt and convenient after-sales service, The Nile Machinery has established its own warehouses in these countries. The company has also undertaken large-scale turnkey projects that represent national advanced technical capabilities, including stone crushing and sand-making production lines, cement plants, and ore beneficiation facilities across Southeast Asia, Africa, South America, the Middle East, and other regions.

Meanwhile, The Nile Group is actively expanding its presence in the international market. Leveraging its extensive engineering expertise and technical strengths, the Group offers customers one-stop customized solutions covering pre-project planning, EPC contracting, financing support, and maintenance services.
