Product description
Flotation separator is a machine to selectively separate hydrophobic materials from hydrophilic materials. Based on absorbing advanced experience from both domestic and international sources, Nile Machinery has optimized its mechanical design to achieve optimal flotation separator performance.

Application
Our flotation machines are designed with the latest technology and can be used to separate non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals, precious metals, non-metallic minerals, chemical raw materials, and recycled minerals.

Working principle
The motor drives the impeller to rotate via a V-belt, generating negative pressure using centrifugal force. Sufficient air is drawn in to mix the slurry, which is simultaneously mixed with the drug. Minerals adhere completely to the bubbles, floating on the slurry surface to form mineralized bubbles. Useful bubbles are skimmed off by adjusting the baffle height and controlling the liquid level.
